Very confusing place to visit. Main road entrance lead to level 2. To reach level one there is two option, first is to exit and make two illegal u-turn or drive 3km to make a legal u-turn. Second is to enter another gantry to go down slope and pass two more gantry to exit to back road and re-enter further ahead. Parking cost $40 per day.
Good access to this building from PIE from both directions. The lift is conveniently located from basement car park
I went to Stanford tyres to patch a tyre. It can be a challenge to drive thru narrow path due to parked vehicles but most of the time its fine.
Got our modular sofa from ambient lounge. Service staff was very good and patient.

Very busy.
Must be vigilant on vehicles moving in and out with a blind spot at certain entry and exit.
Security personnel are having hard time though, to ensure no illegal parking at Fire Engine vehicle allocated place.
Parking too expensive. Already spent money on repairing bike / car, upon exiting, still have to pay for overnight parking. Cannot imagine the parking cost if a car has to be left there for several days for repairs. Landlord, please spare a thought for your workshops.
